1. Acceptance of terms

By visiting our website, creating an account, purchasing a product or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies referenced in them, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

If you do not agree, please do not use the website or submit an order. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.

2. Using our online store

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement, or use the store with the permission and supervision required by applicable law. You agree not to use our products or services for an unlawful purpose or to interfere with the website, its security or another customer’s use of it.

We may refuse service, restrict access or cancel activity when reasonably necessary to protect customers, prevent fraud, comply with law or enforce these Terms.

3. Products, color and availability

We aim to describe and display our wigs, toppers, hairpieces, accessories and other products as accurately as possible. Hair and alternative fibers may show natural or manufacturing variation. Color can also appear different because of lighting, screen settings, photography and individual perception.

Measurements, density, texture, shade and other product information are provided as practical guides. Minor variations that do not materially affect the product are not necessarily defects.

Products and shades may be limited in quantity, changed or discontinued without notice. We do not guarantee that every item displayed will remain available.

4. Orders and order acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase the selected products. An automated order confirmation acknowledges that we received the order but does not necessarily mean it has been accepted.

We may reject, limit or cancel an order before shipment for reasons including unavailable stock, suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, payment problems, shipping restrictions or misuse of promotions. If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, we will issue the appropriate refund.

Please review product, shade, quantity, shipping and contact details before completing checkout. Contact us promptly if you notice an error; changes may not be possible after fulfillment begins.

5. Prices, taxes and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. Applicable taxes, duties, shipping charges or other fees will be shown at checkout where available or may be charged by local authorities.

Payments are processed through Shopify and the payment providers offered at checkout. You represent that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the affected order and provide a refund, or contact you for instructions before processing it.

6. Shipping and delivery

Shipping estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed unless expressly stated. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, customs, weather, incorrect address information or events outside our reasonable control.

Responsibility for the order transfers as provided by applicable law and our Shipping Policy. Customers are responsible for supplying a complete, accurate and deliverable address and for responding to carrier or customs requests.

7. Returns, exchanges and refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Because wigs and hairpieces are personal-wear products, eligibility may depend on hygiene, condition, packaging, attached tags and whether the item has been worn, altered, cut, washed, colored or exposed to odors or styling products.

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery and contact us within the period stated in our Return & Refund Policy if an item is damaged, defective or incorrect. These provisions do not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Customer accounts and information

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activity carried out through your account, except where responsibility cannot lawfully be assigned to you.

9. Intellectual property

The website and its content—including the EWIGSC name, logos, product photography, graphics, videos, copy, design and software—are owned by or licensed to EWIGSC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping and information purposes. You may not reproduce, republish, sell, modify, scrape, distribute or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission.

10. Reviews, images and other submissions

If you submit a review, photograph, comment or other content, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it is accurate, lawful and does not violate another person’s rights.

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display and adapt that content for operating, improving and promoting EWIGSC, subject to applicable law and any permissions presented when you submit it. We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing or unrelated.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EWIGSC and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the website or products where such loss was not reasonably foreseeable.

Where liability may lawfully be limited, our aggregate liability relating to a product or order will not exceed the amount paid for that product or order. This section does not exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer remedy that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies from the time it is published, unless otherwise required by law.

Severability

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

No waiver

A delay or failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.

These Terms and the policies incorporated by reference form the agreement governing use of our store, except where separate written terms expressly apply.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without limiting any mandatory rights or protections available to consumers in their place of residence.
